1.1 Data We Collect
We collect personal data that you voluntarily submit through our contact and requisition forms, including your full name, email address, phone number, organization name, and project specifications. We also collect standard server log data including IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for security and operational purposes.
1.2 Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed exclusively for: (a) responding to your project inquiries and delivering design consultation services; (b) fulfilling contractual obligations related to any commissioned services; (c) complying with applicable tax, accounting, and legal reporting requirements; and (d) improving our service quality and user experience.
1.3 Data Sharing
ModernPixelStructure does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties, except: (a) to trusted service providers who assist in operating our website and conducting business, bound by strict confidentiality obligations; (b) when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; or (c) with your explicit written consent.
1.4 Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months. Contract-related data is retained for 5 years in accordance with French commercial law obligations.

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to: access your personal data, request rectification of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing of your data, data portability, and object to processing. 1.6 Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is stored within encrypted EU-hosted cloud infrastructure in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 information security standards.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern all use of services provided by ModernPixelStructure, registered at 43 Avenue Lacassagne, 69003 Lyon, France. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2.1 Scope of Services
ModernPixelStructure provides UI/UX design consultation, interface architecture, component library development, accessible palette design, and related design system services as described in individual project requisitions and Statements of Work (SOW).
2.2 Project Engagement
All engagements begin upon written confirmation of a project requisition or signed Statement of Work. Projects are executed according to the timelines, deliverables, and investment amounts specified in the respective engagement documents.
2.3 Intellectual Property
Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, ModernPixelStructure assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in client-specific deliverables, design tokens, and digital assets directly to the Client. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and general-purpose components remain the property of ModernPixelStructure.
2.4 Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary brand assets, content, and access credentials required for project delivery. Delays in client-provided materials may impact project timelines proportionally.
2.5 Limitation of Liability
ModernPixelStructure's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Refund Policy
ModernPixelStructure is committed to delivering high-quality design services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
4.1 Pre-Commencement Cancellation
If you cancel a project requisition before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payments within 14 business days. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected].
4.2 Partial Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued proportionally for work not yet delivered. The amount will be calculated based on documented deliverables completed versus the total project scope.
4.3 Post-Delivery Disputes
If you believe the delivered work materially deviates from the agreed project specifications outlined in the Statement of Work, you must notify ModernPixelStructure within 10 business days of delivery. We will review the claim and, if substantiated, will either rectify the deliverables or issue an appropriate partial refund.
4.4 Non-Refundable Items
Consultation fees for completed discovery sessions, third-party software licenses procured on the Client's behalf, and custom stock assets are non-refundable. These items will be clearly identified in the project invoice.
4.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. Refund requests should be directed to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Project Name]".
